The Allrisk Approach
The traditional approach to property insurance surveys is to use single issue enforcement specialists
such as Fire or Boiler & Machinery Inspectors to find deviations from an insurance company
standard.
Allrisk Engineering does not perform Fire or Boiler & Machinery Inspections. We conduct “Allrisk”
Property Insurance Surveys. We identify, assess and evaluate the property insurance risks to a business
and work with that business and its insurers to identify cost effective risk mitigation strategies.
The tools we use to accomplish our risk management engineering goals are the Property Insurance
Survey and the resulting “Allrisk” Property Insurance Report.
Outstanding features of this approach are:
- A single survey followed by a single report for a single customer.
- No redundant surveys.
- No conflicts of interest.
- No contradicting recommendations
