A useful Risk Engineering report requires a quality Risk Engineering survey and the right report format. That is why we insist upon a detailed survey agenda and a customized report for all of our customers.
The first step in any survey is to learn the Client’s business and management systems. Sprinkler system analysis will happen, it’s just not the first and only thing we do. Fire and Explosion, Boiler and Machinery and Nat Cat Perils are all addressed. The goal of the report is to provide Insurance Underwriters and Risk Managers with insights as to these perils and how they are managed AND offer the Client with pragmatic recommendations to help them run their business successfully.
